1. Order Processing Time

We understand your eagerness for playful fashion, so we will process your order as soon as possible:
  • Standard Processing Time: All orders will be packed and handed over to the carrier within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays).
  • Order Status Tracking: After placing an order, you can check the order progress in real-time in your account center. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once the order is shipped.
  • Peak Season Notice: During promotional events or holidays (such as Black Friday, Christmas), processing time may be extended to 3 business days. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We cooperate with USPS (United States Postal Service) to provide two main shipping options to meet different needs:

Note: The above delivery time is a reference provided by the carrier. Remote areas may experience slight delays, and the specific status is subject to the logistics tracking information.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation Rules

  • Basic Shipping Cost: Calculated based on package weight and destination. The specific amount will be displayed automatically at checkout. USPS First-Class Package starts at $3.99, and Priority Mail starts at $9.00.
  • Free Shipping Policy: Orders with a total amount of $40 or more enjoy free shipping within the United States (default to USPS First-Class Package or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the items).
  • Sales Tax Explanation: If the items themselves are taxable, sales tax will be charged on the shipping cost in accordance with the tax laws of the corresponding state. For example: California: If the shipping cost of taxable items is listed separately and does not exceed the actual cost, partial tax exemption is available;
  • New York: The shipping cost of taxable items is usually fully taxable;
  • Florida: If an in-store pickup option is provided, the separately listed shipping cost can be tax-exempt.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (For International Orders)

Starting from August 29, 2025, the US has suspended the duty-free policy for low-value packages under $800, and all imported goods are subject to corresponding customs duties:
  • Tax Bearer: Customs duties, customs clearance fees, etc. for international orders are borne by the recipient. The system will estimate the taxes based on the product category and country of origin when placing the order, and the final amount is subject to the actual collection by the customs.
  • Calculation Method: In the first 6 months, you can choose to calculate by a fixed amount (divided into three tiers: $80/$160/$200 according to the customs duty rate of the country of origin) or ad valorem tax. After 6 months, the ad valorem tax method will be uniformly adopted.
  • Duty-Free Exceptions: Personal items under $200 and gifts under $100 carried by US travelers are still duty-free.

5. Delivery Restrictions

To ensure compliance and safety, delivery is temporarily not supported in the following cases:
  • PO Box addresses only support USPS shipping methods;
  • Delivery is not available to US overseas territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) and military addresses (APO/FPO);
  • Transportation of dangerous goods such as flammable, corrosive, and controlled knives is prohibited (see USPS prohibited items list for details).

6. Logistics Insurance & After-Sales Service

  • Insurance Service: USPS Priority Mail packages automatically include $50 insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value items (the rate is 2% of the item value).
  • Lost/Damaged Packages: If a package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact customer service within 30 days of shipment with the tracking number. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, and after verification, we can provide a replacement or refund service.
  • Address Modification: You can contact customer service to modify the delivery address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the address information cannot be changed. We appreciate your understanding.
