Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—it must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for any reason, without providing any justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
